Opportunity for textile mills having required infrastructure for inhouse on the job training and aiming for captive placement to apply with Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) under PMKVY 3.0 Special Projects.

Intrested Mills or association should apply in standard project sheet (Click here to download) along with the required LOI (Click here to download). 

Application should be applied in single email along with filled in application in a single compressed file.

While applying under SPL Project following may be noted:

1. All applicants are requested to carefully go through PMKVY 3.0 guidelines.
2. Proposals are to be submitted strictly in the standard project sheet; along with LOI.
3. Submission of proposals with incomplete applications will be rejected and CITI shall not be held responsible for the same.

Last date to submit proposal via email to skill@citiindia.org is May 27, 2021. CITI shall not be able to accept any proposals after the due date. 

Kindly note that submission of project proposals shall not guarantee target approval under PMKVY 3.0.
