Textile Mills having completed the accreditation and affiliation process on SMART and having a good placement record can apply under PMKVY 3.0 Special Projects. They can approach through the Mill Associations as Implementing Agency (PIA) and submit the details in the standard format (Click here to download) . However, if desired TSC can also help industry by becoming the Implementing Agency.

Subsequently, TC will be mapped on SIP with the PIA and onboarded.

The project proposal in standard format (Click here to download) must be submitted by 6th Jan 2021.

Under the scheme at least 90% wage and captive placement has to be ensured.

The Special Projects Guidelines and Target allocation methodology is yet to be approved by NSDC and if required, applicant may have to reapply through the RFP process.

Considering PMKVY 3.0 is for 3 months (Jan to Mar’ 2021) and will have limited targets to be allocated, following may be noted:

1. Job role in demand have been identified and can be implemented in the next 3 months.
2. The center must have completed the accreditation and affiliation process for selected job role as per SMART and ToT for trainers is ensured by 20th Jan 2021.
