The proposal must contain details of state, district, job roles and justification with evidence, such as survey, mobilization data etc., for the proposed training targets. Proposals without a convincing justification on proposed targets shall summarily be rejected and no further correspondence shall be entertained regarding the same. The allocation of training targets to Training Providers shall depend on targets sanctioned by NSFDC, number of applications received etc. and will be decided by Textile Sector Skill Council (TSC). Submission of a proposal does not guarantee the allocation of training targets.
Please note the following important points
1. The TP must fulfill the eligibility criteria for affiliation with TSC for the job role proposed. The details of eligibility criteria for each job role are available at http://texskill.in/training-partners/get-affiliated-as-training-partners/.
2. The Training Centers where the trainings will be conducted must fulfill the requirements of infrastructure, equipment and Trainers for the proposed job role as listed in attached link for Mill Sector and Handloom Sector.
3. The TP should have Deemed Ready status on Skill India (https://skillindia.nsdcindia.org/) at the time of submitting the proposal and should mention the TP ID in the Proposal.
4. TC affiliation for the proposed job roles is required to be completed by 15th Sept ‘19 with star rating of 4 or above.
