Textile Sector Skill Council

The objective of CQA is to ensure that the quality of training meets prevailing industry needs such as skill requirement for current and upcoming technologies. It will examine the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Qualification Packs (QP) developed by the consultants for the job roles of all segments of textile manufacturing. It will identify minimum 30 employers (large, medium and small employers) to endorse the NOS and QPs and forward them to NSDC for adoption as National Occupational Standards for textile sector. The committees will meet as and when necessary to examine the NOSs & QPs prepared by the consultants.

Functions :
